The Main House was originally the main barn which we architecturally designed/renovated for space and volume and maximum sunshine.

1st Floor:
Spacious open living room with authentic massive Louis XIII stone chimney and gorgeous warm colored “terre cuite” (floor tiles). Plenty of firewood provided round if you need it. Just above the stone staircase there is a huge oeil de boeuf (large round window) to let in the spectacular, bursting with color sunsets! Te open-floor plan flows into a large Dining Room that seats 8-10 and just outside is dining terrace which can accommodate 20. Large open fully-equipped kitchen including; large 6’ square French limestone counter w/Kitchenaid, cuisinart, ice cream maker, etc., oven, stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher. This Kitchen was designed for communal cooking and Cooking classes. Outside the kitchen is an abundant organic vegetable garden, potagere and please enjoy all the delicious raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, haricot vert, squash, lettuce, etc., herbs galore parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme, basil, dill, ciboulette (chives). Just help yourself ! Off the Mud/Entry room you will find a very, very large buanderie (laundry room) with an American GE washing machine, sink & dryer, iron. Ironing board, etc., at your disposal. First floor has under floor heating for that rare occasion when you might need it.

2nd Floor:
Master suite with King-size bed and balcony has spectacular – panoramic view, bathroom with shower & bidet. The Master suite balcony leads directly to the adjoining Guest/Children’s suite with twin beds & en suite bathroom. This Guest suite again is about volume & space with 5 meter ceiling (15’ high) and exposed original beams. This room also has a Loft that sleeps 2. Country views from all rooms.
